Kaddie learned the ropes of marketing with classical CPG brand management experience at notable brands Dannon, Hill’s Pet Nutrition (Colgate), and Hallmark Cards. She found her passion for digital marketing at Kaplan where she drove innovative customer acquisition efforts for new brand entrant, reshaped the social media ecosystem, and established the digital marketing function to support Kaplan’s new business growth in managed services for partner universities. She owned, executed, and optimized cross-channel digital plans for clients including Purdue, Wake Forest, and Lynn University. Across these experiences, Kaddie focused on performance results through strong content and channel strategies.
Kaddie has consulted with startups, agencies, and brands of various sizes and across industries including automotive, financial services, fintech, insuretech, B2B SaaS, education, consumer goods, outdoor, and luxury. She can hone in on a channel-specific strategy and execution and also offers multi-channel strategic guidance. Kaddie is comfortable leading teams, working collaboratively or independently, and presents often to senior management.
