DESIGN A HIGHLY CREATIVE AND NIMBLE TEAM TO HELP BUGABOO REDUCE ITS DEPENDENCY ON EXTERNAL ADVERTISING AGENCIES

OVERVIEW

In today’s world, consumers are going through content faster than ever. The brands that prevail are the brands that can move quickly and capitalize on the moment. To do this effectively brands must be able to create their own content and minimize the reliance for outside agencies. Bugaboo set out to create an in-house team that would become their “content factory” called Bugabootique.

RESULTS

Chameleon placed an interim Executive Creative Director along with a Brand Director to help design the people and process, as well as, do the recruiting, onboarding, and provide employee mentorship. We delivered a fully functional team of 10 in under 8 months.
