NEST New York is a premier home fragrance, fine fragrance and fragranced body care lifestyle brand, selling its renowned scents and iconic products through its owned e-commerce website, as well as department stores, specialty retailers like Sephora and Ulta, Amazon and spas and boutiques across the country.
NEST New York sought to replatform its e-commerce website, aggressively grow its owned ecommerce business,, and evaluate the internal and external resources needed to drive and innovate a profitable DTC business now and into the future. NEST New York enlisted the help of Chameleon Collective for Interim Leadership. The Chameleon Collective team developed e-commerce requirements, conducted an RFP process for the replatform from Magento to Shopify, selected an external vendor, and led the re-platform project. NEST’s new website launched on April 1st 2020, and is exceeding all KPI performance metrics.
We led the e-commerce business to 100% YOY growth in both 2019 and 2020 to date, despite challenging macroeconomic conditions.
