Austin is a senior-level marketer with 20+ years of experience leading marketing strategies for B2C and B2B organizations. She works with brands to increase awareness, acquire and retain customers, and grow their businesses. Putting the customer first and taking a holistic marketing approach has been her key to success. She has a strong foundation in Digital Marketing, eCommerce, and Operations.

For the last ten years, Austin has led end-to-end Global eCommerce and Digital Strategy for beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands. She has extensive experience in team building, strategy, expanding digital presence, growing cross-channel revenue, website development, e-commerce operations, customer experience, vendor and partner management, project management, and change management.

Before her retail experience, she led B2B cross-channel marketing, CRM, content development, and website and e-commerce development for a global project management training and consulting company. She also spent several years in Magazine Publishing, leading customer acquisition and retention for a variety of B2B and B2C publications.

Growing up in Denver, Colorado, she started her own business at the age of 17, founding and running RISE, a monthly magazine devoted to music and fashion. After two years, she decided to fold the magazine, move to San Francisco, enroll in the Academy of Art University to study Graphic Design and Advertising while starting her Marketing career in publishing.

She spent 16 years in New York City before moving to Amsterdam, the Netherlands in 2019, with her husband, daughter, and two cats. She is passionate about the planet we live on, the creatures who live on it and continuously looking for ways to make a positive impact on the environment.

Her volunteer work includes Women In Need (WIN), GrowNYC, and Taproot Foundation.
