Erin is a consumer insights evangelist and, through strong leadership and a strategic & creative approach, she led the launch of Monster High, Mattel’s first franchise launch in 40+ years. Tapping into the customer journey, Monster High was the first digital-only launch for a toy CPG brand, debuting on YouTube’s homepage in a ground-breaking campaign. Erin steered the franchise brand and product marketing from concept to launch and ongoing growth, to become a $1B brand within three years.

Erin also bridges the gap between product and performance marketing for an insightful approach to eCommerce that drives incremental sales. By focusing on the consumer’s digital path to purchase, Little Tikes’ online sales increased +20% within 7 months making eCommerce the largest and fastest-growing channel for the brand, including Amazon as the #1 account.
