Erin steered the franchise brand and product marketing from concept to launch and ongoing growth, to become a $1B brand within three years.

By focusing on the consumer’s digital path to purchase, Little Tikes’ online sales increased +20% within 7 months making eCommerce the largest and fastest-growing channel for the brand, including Amazon as the #1 account.
