Karen spent over 20 years in global roles leading marketing for various companies. Her foundation is from companies such as P&G and Disney, and since then has worked with firms ranging from startups to Fortune 100. From the vantage point of having been a CMO and in the clients’ shoes, she brings the perspective of the customer and bottom line to all of her work. She has led budgets from <$1MM to over $200MM and teams from 2 people to 100 people both internationally and domestically.
As a consultant, she works side by side with leaders or in fractional leadership roles managing the brand, team, and partners. Among her accomplishments, she consistently drives quantifiable brand health metrics and exceeds sales, revenue and operating profit goals. Karen has managed businesses through several turnarounds, keeping her team focused, growing market share and developing strategic long term interests. She has led through spin-offs and acquisitions orchestrating brand integration and leading the newly restructured portfolio and teams.
