Scott Rabschnuk developed an insatiable interest in healthcare marketing and advertising 15 years ago, and has never looked back. He channeled that passion into starting the healthcare practice at Hill Holliday, building it into the agency’s top performing business unit through intense focus on new client acquisition, organic growth and retention.
Scott believes successful marketing strategies emanate from a ruthlessly clear positioning informed by deep insights into the rational and emotional drivers of target audience decisions and behaviors. The resulting campaigns in fiercely competitive categories have been among the most successful in the industry.
Scott’s focus on client success helped build a practice populated by some of the world’s leading healthcare organizations as multi-year, multi-assignment clients, among them J&J, Novartis, Mass General Brigham and Cigna.
Scott’s acumen for developing winning strategies led to his selection as a juror for the Healthcare Effie Finalist awards, and his peers elected him Board Chair of the 4 A’s New England Board of Governors. Scott holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from Dartmouth College.
