DRAMATICALLY INCREASE SALES THROUGH BRAND AND MARKETING CONSOLIDATION

OVERVIEW

AuxoPartners, an industrial B2B investment group, asked the Chameleon Collective to identify, quantify and build an actionable brand and marketing program to not only strengthen their position in a crowded industrial marketplace, but to create and build the assets and infrastructure needed to market effectively.

Collaborating with the CEO and a decentralized sales team based in multiple locations throughout the US and Mexico, we quickly identified critical KPIs and metrics and designed performance models to improve budgeting and forecasting. Over the course of six months, we created the programs, assets and systems to deliver an impactful and differentiating value proposition and cross-selling platform.

RESULT

Our work produced tools and assets that included a comprehensive brand and identity system, sales presentation, corporate and product brochures, print advertising, trade show booth design, sales kits, thought leadership white papers, PR and multiple site redesigns and online sales support destinations.

In less than six months, individual companies within the AuxoPartners portfolio increased their annual sales projections between 35% to 400% and secured a major sale of more than $500K by a medical manufacturing company in Latin
