Battle Medialab is a Creative Agency based in Boca Raton, FL. They were looking for top talent in a very limited market and asked the Chameleon Recruiting team to assist in finding a UX/UI Designer as well as an Art Director.
Melissa Pacheco and Laura Knoll sourced many candidates nationwide and even attended local events to connect with talented creatives. They built a strong relationship with the Battle team and met with them in person to better understand their culture.
We filled both roles and the candidates fit in seamlessly with the Battle team. The Art Director search was challenging because they needed someone with superb illustration skills.
