Biocodex is a global leader in probiotics. Their presence in the US is growing and one of their goals was to grow their eCommerce in 2019 while moving the team from West Coast to East Coast. We needed a talent with solid eCommerce experience to support their replatforming. We needed someone who would not be afraid to come in at a time where the company was relocating to NY and roll up their sleeves and be operationally quick. The location of the role in NJ was a challenge too.
We were able to isolate a solid eCommerce senior Manager ready to step up with a can-do attitude and ability to work in the vitamin highly-reglemented space and learn both the product and its distribution constraints online quickly. We also took into account the culture of the company, their solid foundations in France and their heritage as well as the type of startup agility they had in the US.
