OVERVIEW

A 9-month engagement as VP of Performance Media for a $500MM company with >$20MM annual spend and a team of 11 & multiple agencies and a global footprint. This role provided operational stability through a period of organizational transition, including a peak Q4 ‘18 holiday season.

  • Media channel management, optimizing current partners and introducing new partners and platforms to realize company goals
  • Departmental budgeting and forecasting
  • Executive-level representation and reporting
