LED AND LAUNCHED DIGITAL EFFORT FOR NEW BRAND OWNED BY $450M CONSUMER PACKAGED GOODS COMPANY, BRADSHAW HOME.

OVERVIEW

Since September 2019, ongoing engagement as interim Head of Digital, directing two agencies, numerous vendors, and an internal team. Implemented omnichannel media strategy and execution that supported nationwide launch at Target and on Target.com, as well as at DTC infuseclean.com e-commerce site.

  • Strategic guidance to C-Suite around DTC e-commerce
  • Media P&L planning and oversight
  • Implemented multiple key strategic partnerships
  • Delivered comprehensive CRM and promotional strategy
  • Team and vendor assessment and management
