Blink Fitness is a corporate and franchise-based, affordable gym owned by the Equinox Group with over 100+ locations nationwide.
Blink needed to build a flexible internal marketing and advertising agency to increase creative production, build growth marketing all while expanding its Franchise Network. They needed to build awareness and increase engagement with a fraction of their competitors’ budgets.
From late 2019 to 2021 Chameleon Collective has served as their in-house creative agency leveraging interim creative directors, copywriters, designers, and growth marketers. We’ve worked hand-in-hand with the CMO and CEO to deliver high-quality creative content such as always-on social media and a FB Live trainer-led workout series to monthly growth marketing campaigns. All at breakneck speed without ever sacrificing quality.
In addition, our growth marketing team completely revamped the client’s marketing efforts – reducing new customer acquisition costs by 49% utilizing a lean staffing model that simultaneously cut staffing expenditures by 41%.
