Stantt designs and sells customized men’s apparel that is focused on giving consumers the perfect fit. The company sells through both wholesale distributors and direct to consumer. Given the crowded retail environment and customized nature of their product offering, Stantt was looking for a unique way to define the brand that would attract, educate and convert consumers on stantt.com.
Chameleon Collective partnered with Stantt to develop a clear brand strategic framework that clarified brand purpose and mission, and established a unique and relevant positioning to drive marketing and customer acquisition/retention efforts.
Our brand framework was built from an insights-driven strategic assessment which included market discovery & assessment, competitive analysis, and in-depth consumer research with Stantt’s most valuable consumers. Through this analysis, we were able to uncover untapped motivations about their consumers which were then leveraged in redefining the brand’s purpose and positioning.
Our work was the starting point for Stantt’s 2020 planning, helping to pivot the brand towards the most consumer relevant strategies and direction.
