OVERVIEW

Chameleon Collective provided a veteran digital marketing and e-commerce leader to join Bugaboo’s leadership team as the Chief Digital Officer on an interim basis. His remit was the digital transformation of the organization and was responsible for a newly formed Digital department that included the former e-commerce team and parts of both the Sales and Marketing departments.

He helped drive a company reorganization that included a new vision, global digital plan, budget, and forecast with digital taking a leading role in the growth of the company. Over the next twelve months, he helped build a team of experts leveraging additional interim leaders from Chameleon Collective, new external consulting partners, and a series of new internal roles that would help lead Bugaboo into the next phase of its evolution as a leading juvenile brand. Even a new internal creative team was created to deliver engaging high-quality digital communications – cheaper and faster.

Significant changes were made across the organization, including designing, documenting, and workshopping new processes both within the department and across the organization. New technologies and systems were put into place to better connect with consumers, our retail partners, and even Bugaboo’s regional teams. Overall, all of this lead towards a clear focus on delivering an omnichannel shopping experience for modern day consumers.
