Combe Incorporated is new to the direct-to-consumer space and turned to Chameleon Recruiting to help them build out their E-commerce team. Due to their location in White Plains, Combe struggled to find strong talent that was either open to commuting or already in the area. It was essential that the new hires be both strategic and execution due to the lean nature of their team.
The first search we conducted for them was an E-commerce Technical Project Manager.
The Chameleon recruiting team conducted research to familiarize themselves with the technical knowledge needed to be a successful Technical Project Manager for E-commerce. We sourced 120+ candidates ended up with four exceptional candidates from varying industries. The candidate we placed has been a key part in the company’s growth and both parties are very pleased with their choice.
Our most recent request from Combe was to help them find a Senior Manager of Email/CRM. We tapped into our network and reached out to 60+ candidates, eventually narrowing down the candidate pool to seven with varying levels of experience and hiring the one that best fit their culture and growth requirements.
