RESULT
- Increased profitability of 11% (and growing – strategy recently adopted!) by reducing COGs, revising margin structure, and increasing efficiency of case packs and packaging
- Developed a more efficient sales distribution strategy focusing on, and optimizing, high-margin opportunities
- Repositioned Cirkels as the all-natural and authentic-tasting choice in the category, and outlined product expansion plans based on market trends and category whitespace
- Guided the strategic development of new (WIP) packaging to reflect the new brand positioning
