Daniel Cremieux tasked us with hiring their E-commerce Senior Manager. They are a very strong Heritage brand, originally launched in France in 1976 and still family owned. They needed someone who could partner with some international teams bridging gaps based on the reality of the US Market. They also needed someone who could support a replatforming initiative and oversee all marketing channels.
We built a pipeline of 25 candidates and narrowed the search to 7 solid candidates. We ended up placing a candidate who had lived in the US for a long time and was originally from France. She has been with them since October 2018.
