NomNomNow was fairly new to the fresh pet food space when they reached out to the Chameleon Recruiting team. They were looking to convert leads into customers and needed someone who could effectively do so while helping the company find other ways to engage with potential audiences. Our team helped them evaluate what their needs were and place a candidate in their San Francisco office with a mix of sales and retention experience who also happened to be an animal lover that could strongly relate to their target audience. The new Retention Marketing Manager has bonded well with the team and has already had great success helping them reach their goals.
