Megafood is a large Vitamins and supplements company expanding fast on the market place side and strengthening their Digital channels.
The Chameleon Collective team supports the eCommerce team and hired Talent supporting operations across Analytics, Inventory and Supply chain. Across the 3 roles, we needed excellent Marketplaces/Amazon channels knowledge. The location was flexible except on the logistics search.
The recruiting team was able to identify some similar consumer goods, CPG companies where Talents would have similar expertise.
The challenge was to find the subject matter experts across these roles with very specific knowledge.
