Chameleon Collective Recruiting has built a strong relationship with the US Auto Parts marketing team. When their new CMO was brought on board they decided to make some changes to build an internal marketing and creative team.
The company has three brands under their umbrella and is going through a major rebranding to attract a younger audience and become the go-to company for consumers in need of car parts.
They prioritized the Art Director search in order to get a strong leader in place before building out the rest of the team. With an offshore team to manage, it was imperative that the candidate was comfortable managing a fragmented team. We sourced 150+ candidates and placed someone in less than 4 weeks. Our candidate had a passion for cars and a 360 approach to the creative process.
