Vera Bradley’s consumer is known for being fanatical and fiercely loyal, and the brand was eager to provide them with richer experiences. In order to become less dependant on external agencies, while leveraging their existing in-house expertise, a new marketing approach was needed. Chameleon Collective’s Internal Agency team immersed themselves in the brand and helped them transition to a new In-House Agency model.
During this process, the recruiting team worked hand in hand with the Chameleon Collective consultants to help them build a team that would promote the success of the new model. We were faced with the challenge of finding candidates who would be a good culture fit and were open to relocating to Fort Wayne, IN.
We built a strong relationship with the Vera Bradley team and they asked us to help with a number searches including Brand Director, Product Manager, a Channel Director, and a Retail Store Manager which we were able to place successfully.
