Lights4Fun is a home decor startup that has had incredible success in the United Kingdom and Europe.
RESULT
Due to their success they wanted to bring their brand stateside and replicate said success. The first priority was finding a General Manager with experience building and scaling a business. As soon as we learned about the search, our team knew exactly who was “the one” for them. We placed the candidate within weeks and we quickly started the process of building their team.
We worked with the General Manager and the UK team to find the right candidates that will thrive on a brand new team building an ecommerce business from the ground up. We placed a Social Media Manager as well as an Ecommerce Coordinator and we’re continuing the search for a copywriter next.
