Anthony is a male skincare brand and has been around for the last 20 years. As they embrace a Digital first strategy, they asked us to build their DTC team focusing on hiring a CMO to set the Digital strategy vision and build the long term company roadmap reporting into the CEO.
We successfully identified a candidate coming from another Beauty brand (Creed) who had conducted their digital transformation and was very comfortable with a smaller brand she would bring to the next level.
She was able to join early 2021 as their CMO and the company has since seen significant growth on their shopify platform and conversion rates are up significantly.
We built a strong relationship with Anthony’s leadership and we are in the process of hiring more team members on the Paid, CX fronts.
