Blink Fitness is a budget friendly fitness chain with over 100 corporate and franchise locations throughout the United States. With pricing as low as $10 per month, Blink struggled to find an approach to performance marketing that would set them up for long-term success.

RESULT

Chameleon partnered with Blink to revise their approach to performance marketing. After doing an in-depth audit and taking over execution, the performance team made significant changes to their strategy which led to an increase in efficiencies. Despite COVID-19, our work helped increase membership joins from digital by 14% with a decrease in CPA.
