OVERVIEW
Intelity was expanding in both the Orlando and LA locations and wanted to continue to grow domestically while starting to build a team in EU. Intelity provides in-room tablets and other SaaS products to enhance guests’ experience at hotels, casinos or cruise ships. We have worked with Intelity (previously Keypr) since 2017 supporting them first on the engineering team development and then in Project, Marketing, Sales and in 2019 hired their Managing Director in the UK to expand into the EU market.
They needed us to identify key talent from competitors, get in touch with them and hire the right candidate based on skills and company culture.
RESULTS
We hired a Managing Director in less than 3 months who started Spring 2019 and is growing his team locally now.
