RESTRUCTURED THE TEAM, IMPLEMENTED NEW SALES PROCESSES WITH SALES TRAINING AND REPORTING AUTOMATION RESULTING IN OVERALL EFFICIENCY AND AN INCREASE IN SALES

OVERVIEW

Sam and his wife, muse, and business co-founder, Libby Edelman, have grown Sam Edelman into a lifestyle brand devoted to an irreverent and whimsical style, inspired by timeless American elegance that bridges the gap between aspiration and attainability to define modern luxury. While having grown the brand tremendously, Sam Edelman was facing the challenge of having a young sales team with limited sales experience to grow the business.

While strongly believing in a younger team who understands the DNA of the brand, Sam Edelman needed to have a very structured sales team with accountability on sales performance and training to be put in place

RESULT

After doing a full assessment of the current team, we moved some people to other departments, let others go and hired some new players.

A training program was put in place for everyone followed by individual reviews of his/her territories/accounts based with sales KPI to achieve target goals.

The results: Double digit sales increase after 6 months with tremendous improvement in efficiency and customer satisfaction.
