T-H MARINE is an industry-leading manufacturer of boat parts and boat accessories, with deep penetration into the bass fishing category and vast wholesale distribution.
T-H MARINE has also experienced rapid organic growth of its fledgeling Ecommerce business with aspirations of quadrupling it over the next two years, but felt that it lacked the strategic vision needed to realize this goal. Chameleon Collective was engaged to deploy its C.L.E.A.R. Assessment framework in order to help T-H MARINE prioritize its growth initiatives, with Freddie Laker and Greg Adams leading the effort.
We spent six weeks researching T-H MARINE’s business through the lenses of strategy, team, execution, technology, customer experience, and performance which resulted in a strategic roadmap leading it to 4X Ecommerce growth by 2024.
Following the completion of the assessment, T-H MARINE engaged Chameleon Collective to install an Interim VP of Marketing & Ecommerce, a Fractional Data Science Lead, and a Fractional Growth Marketing Lead to ensure that they were able to immediately begin executing the strategic recommendations made in the assessment.
T-H MARINE’s digital transformation & online growth are well underway, with org charts reimagined, budgets now allocated toward growth initiatives, and buy-in from ownership to C-suite to executional teams, all under the guidance of Chameleon Collective.
