John Hardy is a luxury brand with over 40 years of heritage handcrafting jewelry in Bali with local techniques passed down by their artisans for generations. The company has made great efforts the past few years to shift from an entirely wholesale business to developing a DTC business, primarily through retail stores. John Hardy has engaged Chameleon Collective to drive digital transformation within the organization.
In May of 2018, we placed an interim SVP of E-commerce within their organization to develop a digital vision and roadmap for success. This included building and reorganizing internal and external teams, investing in new technologies and developing a comprehensive growth model and budget for 2019. In addition to an SVP of E-commerce, Chameleon Collective brought in a CRM expert, Digital Marketing Strategist, and technical resources to help accelerate the implementation of the vision.
With a sustainable team in place and substantial progress executing the digital roadmap, we transitioned leadership to a full-time hire. Chameleon Collective continues to support John Hardy in digital marketing strategies and execution across their performance marketing channels.
