Role: Sales Training & Enablement



We were referred into this Global microlearning firm by a mutual contact at their PE Firm.  In a highly competitive, candidate driven market where people were receiving multiple offers, we became a trusted advisors to the CEO to help him both identify the right candidate and best guide the process for success. We ended up placing a head of marketing who would directly report into their CEO.  Our selected candidate was a digital transformation expert who worked in their competitive space.


This position is no easy task given that we needed to locate someone who had worked directly with Private Equity firms, could create customer journeys for major enterprise firms around their SaaS based model and help them locate a partner head of Sales.  We found an incredibly talented candidate who fit these shoes with ease.
