Competing against the clock, a team of Chameleons worked closely with Robert Graham to overhaul the E-commerce stream just in time for the Holiday code-freeze. They began with a complete audit of the E-commerce business to help identify the strengths and weaknesses of both the client and their supporting agencies. From there, a new digital roadmap was developed, and the team began immediately implementing a number of process changes, new site designs, and UX optimizations, and a customer segmentation strategy to custom tailor messaging and content. Once the groundwork was properly addressed, Chameleon then took overall digital marketing from Robert Graham’s previous agency and even recruited a permanent Head of E-commerce.
