Knowing that our Chameleon Collective consultants wouldn’t be able to stay on indefinitely, Robert Graham tasked us with hiring their permanent eCommerce Director. They needed someone highly analytical with strong Digital Marketing background and experience managing omnichannel marketing, retention and acquisition, and social media. In addition, the candidate had to have the experience and maturity to be fully responsible for the P&L for this rapidly growing channel within Robert Graham.
We built a pipeline of 83+ candidates and screened thoroughly to find the one who encompassed everything they were looking for. We leveraged our interim leader to help successfully transition the new leader into the role. Our hire, Ikonya Nginyo has now been there since March of 2018 and is helping the company succeed on multiple levels.
