OVERVIEW

Channel Factory is a global technology and data platform that maximizes both performance efficiency and contextual suitability, turning YouTube’s 5 billion videos and 500 hours per minute of new content into brand-suitable, efficient advertising opportunities. Channel Factory engaged us in 2020 to help them significantly improve their market penetration by rapidly increase their sales presence through outsourced fractional sales leadership.

RESULT

We started by helping them to identify their key targets and markets. Our interim sales leader set up meetings with leading agencies and brands, participating in those meetings, guiding the pitch process and coaching the internal team, and then continuing to engage our high-level relationships to ensure deals get closed. Beyond the initial wins we stayed engaged to help build ongoing relationships and increase the deal and relationship size over time.

By leveraging our partnership with The Room we’re able to use our deep industry relationships to gain marketplace feedback that we continue to use to evolve their marketplace positioning and evolve their product roadmap. As we continued to build trust in our relationship we expanded our services to include executive recruiting for key roles in marketing and sales.
