True Religion had emerged from bankruptcy and needed help in ramping up their online Customer Acquisition to a different order of magnitude. They were experiencing a site wide decline, year over year, in visitors, conversions and revenue. The brand was losing traction with the market due to lack of customer retention and increased competition. In addition, their digital marketing spend was being wasted on low ROAS efforts.
Chameleon performed an extensive audit, conducted Digital Redesign workshops, and revamped the company’s Paid Search, Retargeting, and Facebook/Instagram efforts from the ground up.
Results were dramatic and Chameleon still runs the company’s digital acquisition today: over 100% increase in YoY e-commerce revenue, driven by 75%+ increase in ROAS performance.
