Chameleon Collective stands apart from the maddening crowd of so-called modern-day recruiters. We have no tolerance for the spray-and-pray tactic leaves your desk flooded with resumes and offers little to no guidance on how to evaluate each candidate. Instead our approach begins with really getting to know every candidate very well. Most of the time we have already been introduced to the candidate by someone we both trust, at a time when they are happily employed and successful at their current gig, and then we make it a priority to meet with that candidate personally. We may only present 1–2 candidates for any open role you have, and when we do present them, you can be confident that they’re well-qualified and ready to accept your offer.

Chameleon Collective has provided interim CSuite and senior leadership to companies ranging from early stage startups to companies with revenue in excess of $500MM. Our team is comfortable whether it’s helping a company through a transitionary period or leveraging them as a cost efficient way to introduce some top-tier thinking into an organization. We enjoy interim leadership roles as they’re ultimately about providing real hands on leadership vs a more consultative approach.
We’d need to learn more to make the right recommendation on who would be the best fit from our team, but a strong and innovative marketing leader will make a tremendous impact on a company and we’re fortunate to have a solid roster of executives that we can tap into help on a part-time for full time basis for both short term and engagements lasting up to a year. Typically our interim executives will also leverage their network to assist in finding and selecting their replacement and aiding in a smooth transition.
