Recently named to the Campaign US “Digital 40 Over 40” list, Anthony Romano is a versatile marketing and growth executive with 25+ years of B2C and B2B experience driving brand and business transformation, and award-winning work for some of the most iconic Fortune 100 brands in the world in almost every vertical category.
Anthony is a hybrid agency and marketing veteran who operates at the intersection of data, technology, CX and creativity. Romano cut his teeth in the data-driven direct marketing and CRM space, but went on to apply those principles to a much broader set of marketing disciplines and experiences. As someone who’s been a client-side marketer, successfully led and grew agency offices, and been on the adtech and media side of the business, Anthony brings a rare, multi-disciplinary viewpoint to his client’s challenges.
Most recently, Anthony was the President of the Midwest region for the global data, tech and brand experiences agency, Wunderman Thompson. He was CEO of the NY office for the global creative agency, Bartle, Bogle and Hegarty (BBH), he was the US Chief of Client Services for the renowned digital innovation agency and 2015 “Agency of the Year”, R/GA. and he was the Global Head of Digital Innovation at the global fashion empire, Ralph Lauren.
Anthony is a graduate of NYU and currently resides in Minneapolis.
