Blending expertise in customer research, product/service strategy and UX/UI design management, Ara’s passion lies in building products and services that drive customer-centric innovation and achieve transformative business outcomes.
Ara’s holistic approach to successful delivery was forged through his unique, hybrid education where he earned an MS in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University and a BA in Finance from Michigan State University. Ara was also the recipient of the Monbusho graduate scholarship in Intercultural Communication, Japan’s version of a Fulbright scholarship.
