Brian’s areas of focus include operational strategy (with a focus on marketing and technology organizations), team leadership, organizational design, go-to-market strategy and execution, program management, workflow streamlining and growth initiatives.
Brian has worked on projects and programs for clients such as Salesforce, Waystar – Bain Capital, Komatsu, Google, True Religion, Robert Graham, Innovaccer, Singer Sewing Machines, Tacony, G-Form, Aimia, NovoNordisk, Zenefits, Bluecore and many more.
Brian’s education includes an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline College of Law, a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota. Brian has also taught various business courses as an Adjunct Professor at the University level.
