Chris has led some of the best-known brands in the country through rapid growth and expansion across their B2B and B2C business units. His approach is to bring the power of the brand together with innovative digital marketing and lead generation. In 2015, Adobe and CMO.com labeled Chris “The Digital CMO,” and Adweek featured Chris in 2010 & again in 2017 as one of the leading CMOs in the country for building upon the essence of a brand. In 2014, his success with smaller “challenger” brands was also featured in the digital marketing book “Taking Down Goliath.”

Chris helped grow Scottrade from 800,000 to over 3 million customers as CMO during a 4 year period, and helped launched their B2B Advisor business, as well as Scottrade Bank. At Experian, he launched the credit score and identity protection product lines in 2010, which captured over $400 million in revenue in the first year.

At Wells Fargo Advisors, he led an initiative to help over 10,000 financial advisors build a powerful online presence for each of their businesses/brands. At Brinks, he helped the firm’s 300 dealers and direct channel add 200,000 new customers over 12 months.
