Colleen is a true connector with 20 years of sales and marketing expertise. Her consultative sales approach allows her to find, develop and maintain relationships to drive business. Her primary focus includes advising practical improvements via sales team enablement, ultimately improving sales team production and top line revenue.

Her digital career began at Performics, the performance pioneer. In the fast paced, ever-changing startup environment, she managed retail accounts to specific ROIs and was key contributor of the team that grew the business into position for its sale to Doubleclick.
(Performics is now the performance marketing agency of Publicis.)

At MyPoints, an online direct marketing loyalty company, she built her business from nothing into a multi-million dollar book of strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 clients, including, Kohl’s, Walgreens, Kimberly-Clark, Ford Motor, General Mills, Kellogg’s. She was consistently one of the top salespeople and was named Salesperson of the Year consecutive years.
