Eric Karbeling is a designer with 10 years of experience focused on turning complex processes and ideas into beautifully effective design and user-centered experiences.
Prior to joining Chameleon, Eric was a Senior Product Designer at PwC’s Experience Center where he led the design and worked alongside technology and strategy teams to create experiences for global companies across industries including retail, cyber security, hospitality, financial services, aviation, telecommunications, and more.
Eric is keen on leading by getting into the details and collaborating across teams to understand technology, user needs, and customer strategy to best inform product direction and design decisions.
Passionate about visual creativity, Eric has worked across both interactive and traditional design – all rooted in bringing ideas to life through effective use of hierarchy, balance, color, composition, and message. These same ideas extend into his personal art where he has painted murals across the country.
