Her data-driven and consumer-experience focused approach to marketing and product development has resulted in improved sell-throughs, higher margins, and better marketing ROI for brands including Little Tikes, Matchbox, Malin+Goetz, and Ann Taylor.

Erin is a consumer insights evangelist and, through strong leadership and a strategic & creative approach, she led the launch of Monster High, Mattel’s first franchise launch in 40+ years. Tapping into the customer journey, Monster High was the first digital-only launch for a toy CPG brand, debuting on YouTube’s homepage in a ground-breaking campaign. Erin steered the franchise brand and product marketing from concept to launch and ongoing growth, to become a $1B brand within three years.

Most recently, Erin led the Customer Experience team at Little Tikes, responsible for strengthening brand perception and increasing eCommerce sales. By focusing on the consumer’s digital path to purchase, online sales increased +20% making eCommerce the largest and fastest growing channel for the brand, including Amazon as the #1 account.
