Joe brings more than 20 years of driving acquisition, growth and retention through leadership in market research, strategic insights and CX management. He is passionate about enabling organizations to design and deliver superior offerings by delineating the ideal customer experience and has partnered with diverse constituents to identify opportunities, solve problems and bring solutions to the marketplace.
A 11-year veteran of Visa, he most recently led insights and CX efforts at Cybersource and Authorize.Net, dramatically increasing understanding of customer needs, pain points and product performance, guiding comprehensive action. Joe has also participated in multiple eCommerce-related speaking engagements, webinars, and panels, including collaboration with Microsoft, Netflix, Comcast, Groupon, Sony and TicketMaster.
At Protiviti, Joe formalized and headed the insights function and played a key role in a series of thought leadership initiatives in the company’s efforts to “own” the risk management space.
At Tragon, Joe provided guidance for value prop and product development for such top brands as Nike, Diageo, Nestlé, Colgate-Palmolive, Novartis, TetraPak and Abbott Labs.
Joe holds an MBA in Marketing from the Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business.
