As a veteran product and customer experience leader, Morales leads teams of visual designers, experience architects, and copywriters working on interactive multi-channel experiences for some of the largest brands in the world.
Before joining Chameleon, he was the Chief Creative Officer at PwC and the first ever creative promoted to partner in their history. There he was instrumental in creating PwC’s Experience Center focusing on helping clients design better customer experiences instead of better marketing campaigns. There Morales lead projects for Starwood, Lego, and MetLife. He also lead several internal digital transformation projects for the firm itself. Redesigning their internal CRM (Iris), and customer facing products like the Digital Fitness App.
A digital native, Morales has always thought in an “experience first” mindset. His work for ESPN XGames at Sapient created an entirely new way for viewers to watch the games with their second screen tablet. The projects went on to win numerous awards and became one of the foundational campaigns behind Sapient’s famous Storyscaping methodology.
