As a veteran brand strategist, Julie has experience agency, consulting, and brand side. Julie’s passion for bringing her wisdom to teams that need inspiration, alignment, and efficiencies is what she is called on for, resulting in her being in high demand for bringing out the best in teams to create great brand work and healthy cultures. As the former Interim VP of Polaroid, Julie guided teams to align on a new brand positioning and audience strategy, resulting in campaign work that gave the brand an entirely new narrative, ultimately inspiring the product and collaboration portfolio. The work earned Polaroid a rebirth and resonance with today’s creative culture – selling out new products quickly post-launch.
Julie is a natural leader and collaborator who genuinely loves the art and science of brand and the power of positive cultures. While serving on an interim basis, Julie will build on or improve the brand department foundation, while working with executive leadership on filling the role full-time, equipping the team with a program and training, where needed.
Julie has served as interim head of brand or brand lead for Polaroid, Bugaboo, Vera Bradley, and The Miami HEAT. Over her 17-year career, Julie has extensive brand experience spanning a dozen industries, including aviation, lifestyle, retail, sports, home security, industrial, travel, real estate, and hospitality.
