Marc has 25 years of digital marketing experience and domain expertise. As the founder of Signal, Marc has been at the forefront of customer data and identity management since 2009 when he set out to rethink the way consumer engagement and customer experience data was being collected and shared across digital touch-points. Prior to founding Signal, Marc held senior executive roles at aQuantive (Avenue A | Razorfish and Atlas), Right Media and Centro.

At Centro Marc served as COO and EVP of Global Expansion where he helped take the company from small startup to dominant player in the local digital display market by building the largest platform for advertisers and agencies seeking local reach in quality publishing and contextual environments. At Right Media, Marc helped lead the company into becoming the first platform for exchange traded media ushering in the advent of real-time bidding (Yahoo! acquired Right Media for $800 million in 2007). At aQuantive’s Atlas division Marc helped take Atlas from a nascent idea to establishing Atlas as the leading ad server and digital campaign analytics platform built specifically to address the needs of marketers and agencies.

Marc began his digital career as senior director of major accounts at Avenue A where he personally drove $100 million in new account sales and growth in just under 2 years (Microsoft acquired Avenue A as part of its $6 billion acquisition of aQuantive in 2007).

Marc serves as a director on several boards, and has been recognized with several honors, including being named a finalist for the 2015 EY Midwest Region Entrepreneur of The Year Award. Marc has been named to Crain’s Tech 50 list of top technology leaders in Chicago and the Techweek 100 list of the most influential technology leaders in Chicago.
