He is a senior leader with a highly successful track record of developing and leading national and global businesses in more than 50 countries in the areas of marketing, finance, sales, technology and operations for such leading organizations as Sapient (Publicis), Ernst & Young and EDS. Paul combines expert relationship building talents, analytical strengths and deep organizational culture and design experience to align market capabilities with customer strategies to deliver maximum client value. Through Innovation, Integration and Collaboration, he has transformed organizations in the delivery of solutions to many Global 1000 brands across such industries as Media and Entertainment, Consumer Package Goods, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Healthcare and Technology. Those organizations have included such world class brands as Bank of America, ESPN, Merck, Michelin, Walt Disney, AT&T, Morgan Stanley, P&G, The Coca Cola Company, Home Depot and others.

As Principal with Highlander Performance Group, an Organic Growth Advisory Consultancy serving Fortune 500 and start-up clients alike, Paul worked with senior leaders to develop go-to-market strategies consisting of both direct and channels for new and existing clients, assess sales and account management talent, develop integrated value propositions and implement successful sales and account management strategies resulting in significant organic growth. Partnering with senior client leadership, he worked closely with the team to create growth strategies that are scalable and sustainable.

Previously, he was Managing Director with Sapient, a $1.7 billion marketing services and technology consultancy. Reporting to the President, Paul led the global Sales and Account Management functions and was the global lead for The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) business relationship. In his global sales and account management role, he developed and delivered sales methodology, sales operations processes and tools, go-to-market strategies and capability development that delivered year over year double digit profitable growth in excess of
$700 million. His global leadership of the TCCC Team which consisted of over 600 people, established Sapient as TCCC’s largest marketing services partner worldwide in just three short years and delivered year over year double digit profitable revenue growth and new organizational capabilities.

Prior to Sapient, Paul’s leadership roles over the previous 15 years with Ernst & Young and EDS respectively, saw him leading regional, national and global teams to build organizational capability and deliver high value transformational solutions resulting in the achievement of consistent revenue and profit growth goals year over year.

Paul has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and lives in Atlanta, GA.
