Rick is a seasoned senior beauty care marketer with 20+ years experience across Fortune 100 companies and high-growth DTC brands. He blends the marketing fundamentals and training from leading CPG companies with his most recent role as CMO in a high growth omni-channel business. He has extensive experience marketing a number of Johnson & Johnson’s beauty care brands, including Aveeno, Neutrogena, Clean & Clear, Lubriderm, RoC, and Purpose. He understands this complex and dynamic category and brings a data-driven, consumer-centric approach to building beauty care brands and driving sales. Most recently he has completed consulting assignments shaping strategy and brand identify for leading lip care and women’s health brands.
