Tena is passionate about optimization of all things eCommerce – specifically in the DTC space. She has spent over 20 years in this space (yikes) – and has grown her career selling products online. She is passionate about ensuring the right team structure is in place, the proper KPIs are being tracked, and vendors are holding up their end of the deal. She does not just know the ecomm buzz words, she has lived and breathed this world on the client-side, including several interim leadership roles through Chameleon Collective.
She has been especially helpful in the funding and sale process to ensure eCommerce teams are best represented and a desirable portion of the business.
