He currently leads brand, marketing, and digital strategy for NBT Clothing, a premium CE-rated motorcycle gear company. At NBT, he is redesigning the website for conversion, rebuilt the email and SMS program, and scaled Meta and performance marketing campaigns. He also scaled ambassador and influencer programs that expanded reach and strengthened community engagement. In addition, Ryan is partnering with Custom Service Hardware to evolve their eCommerce and marketing programs that improve customer acquisition, retention, and conversion.
